At SMFG India, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing education. Since our products are digital courses, we have specific terms for cancellations and refunds outlined below.
1. Digital Product Policy
All our offerings are digital and instantly accessible after payment. Therefore, once a course is purchased, it is considered delivered and consumed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may not cancel your order once the payment has been successfully processed and access to the course has been granted.
- We do not offer cancellations for change of mind or accidental purchases.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be issued under the following conditions:
- Technical Error: If a payment was made but access to the course was not provided within 24 hours.
- Duplicate Payment: If a customer accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course.
To request a refund, you must email us at bk0886401@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of payment and a valid reason.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We will not offer refunds in the following situations:
- If you have already accessed or downloaded course content.
- If you request a refund after 48 hours of purchase.
- If you did not like the course content after purchase.
- If you enrolled by mistake or without reading the course details.
- If your reason for refund is not covered in our eligibility list.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Include: Order ID, payment screenshot, and reason for refund
Our team will respond within 2–5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
